How Our Network Works

Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider. That is a local pest or wildlife business that is part of our network. It is not Includesfocusing Pest Control. We make the introduction. The provider takes it from there.
We do not list staff names or bios here. The people who visit your home work for the provider you choose. Ask that provider who will come, and what they do.
What happens on the first contact
The provider will likely ask a few simple questions.
- What pest or animal do you think you have?
- Where did you see it?
- How long has it been going on?
- What type of home do you have?
Have your photos and notes ready. Then the provider can tell you if a visit is needed. Some will give a rough price range. Many need to see the problem first. A written quote should come before any big job.
What to ask a provider
You do not need trade words. Plain questions work well.
- Are you licensed for this work in my state?
- Do you carry insurance?
- What will you do, step by step?
- What products or methods will you use? Are they safe for kids and pets?
- How much will it cost, and what is in the quote?
- Will you need to come back? Is there a follow-up plan?
- How do you keep the pests from returning?
For animals, also ask how the provider handles trapping and where they seal the entry holes. For termites, ask how they find and treat the colony.
You are in control
A match is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. Take your time. Ask for the plan in writing.
If a provider pushes you to sign fast, pause. A good provider will explain things and give you room to decide. Costs vary by job, home and pest. Typical U.S. prices run from modest for a single visit to much higher for big termite or wildlife jobs, so always get a written quote.
Keep your records tidy
Save the quote, receipts, photos and any notes from the visit. If damage happened, some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
