Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Includesfocusing Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use includesfocusing.living, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to use this site with ease. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If any part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. You can also email contact@includesfocusing.living, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@includesfocusing.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- Which browser, device, or assistive tool you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
